Tuition
$175 per child per week. Each child in a family is billed separately at the same rate. Tuition covers all five weekday sessions, Monday through Friday, including both Enrichment and Study Hall days.
The Enrichment Program art materials fee is $80 per month per child, billed separately. It covers all materials used in the program, so there are no additional supply costs during the month.
How and when to pay
Payment is due every Monday for the week ahead. Tuesday is the latest a payment can be received without a hold on your child's spot.
In the memo line, include your child's last name and the week. For example: Reyes, week of 09/07
The memo line is how we match your payment to your child. Please include it every time. Step by step instructions are on the How to Pay page.
Families joining during a week in progress pay for that first week directly. Regular Monday payments begin the following week.
We are moving to automatic card billing. You will get advance notice and a link to set up your card. Nothing changes about the amount or the due date.
Late or missing payments
- You receive a reminder by email on Tuesday.
- If payment has not arrived by Wednesday morning, your child's spot is placed on hold until it clears.
If something is going on, tell us before Wednesday. We would rather work with you than put a child on hold.
Attendance and absences
Tuition is not prorated for missed days. Your weekly rate holds your child's spot and the staffing built around it, whether or not your child attends every session.
Notify us in advance of an absence at 305-720-8857. This is a courtesy that helps us plan the morning, not a condition for credit.
Illness
Keep your child home if they have a fever, are actively vomiting, or have any contagious condition. Send them back when they have been symptom free for 24 hours without medication. Illness absences follow the attendance policy above.
Extended absence
For a planned absence of two consecutive weeks or more, such as a competition trip or family travel, contact us before the absence begins. We will pause your billing and hold your child's spot. Pauses arranged after the fact cannot be credited.
Withdrawal
To withdraw, send written notice by email to [email protected] no later than the Friday before your next payment is due. We do not issue partial week refunds.
Program closures
If we close for a holiday or a facility closure, you will be notified in advance and that week's payment will be adjusted or skipped.

- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8:00 to 9:45 AM, Morning Program with Vicky
- Wednesday: 8:00 to 11:30 AM, Enrichment and Study Hall with Christine
- Friday: 8:00 to 9:45 AM, Enrichment and Study Hall with Christine
Gymnasts head to the gym at the end of each session.
Pickup and supervision
Students are supervised during program hours only. Parents are responsible for supervision before and after those hours. Only individuals listed on your enrollment form may pick up your child.
Behavior
This is a shared learning space. Students are expected to work quietly, respect the instructor and their peers, and stay on task. Repeated disruption results in a conversation with parents. Continued disruption after that conversation may end enrollment.
Program scope
Elite Grounds provides supervised academic support and enrichment. It does not replace your homeschool curriculum. We are not a licensed school and do not issue grades, credits, transcripts, or diplomas. Parents remain solely responsible for meeting all homeschool requirements in their state.
