Always include a memo line
Your child's last name, then the week. For the art fee, write the last name and the word Art, like Reyes, Art, September.
The memo line is the only way we can match your payment to your child. Without it we may not be able to credit your account, and you could get a reminder for a payment you already sent.
If you are paying for more than one child, send one payment for the total and list both last names and first initials in the memo.
Card payments are coming
We are moving to automatic weekly card billing. You will enter your card once and it will charge every Monday on its own, with a receipt by email each time. You will get advance notice and a setup link before anything changes.
The amount and the due date stay exactly the same.
If a payment is late
- You receive a reminder by email on Tuesday.
- If it has not arrived by Wednesday morning, your child's spot goes on hold until it clears.
If something is going on, tell us before Wednesday. Call or text 305-720-8857. We would rather work with you than put a child on hold.

Common questions
My child is missing a few days this week. Do I still pay full price?
Yes. Tuition holds your child's spot and is not prorated for missed days. For a planned absence of two weeks or more, contact us in advance and we will pause your billing.
Can I pay for a month at a time?
Yes. Send the total for the weeks you are covering and list the date range in the memo.
When is the art fee due?
Once a month, per child. We will tell you which week it falls in.
I sent it but got a reminder anyway.
Almost always a missing memo line. Reply to the reminder with the date and amount you sent and we will match it.
